The business is a socially conscious Hip Hop performing art making relevant music with a message for over two decades. They also published and sell books including their critically acclaimed graphic novel Planeta Blu – Rise of Agoo, published by Dark Horse Comics, is a 252-page visual masterpiece designed to encourage and inspire young adults to dream big and work towards saving humanity through themes of compassion, sacrifice. They have worked for over 20 years empowering youth. Their music and message are about social justice, sustainability, and climate change. Tem Blessed has shared the stage with national recording artists Common, KRS-One, Paul Stookey (from Peter, Pat and Paul), Ani DeFranco and Ludacris. Tem Blessed is part of Blest Energy band, 350.org. Artist in Residence, and the Arts and Culture Manager for Van Jones’ organization Dream.org.
